Myrth, a dinnerware and drinkware brand based in the greater Boston area and handcrafted by Eric and Abigail Smallwood, takes the mundane and transforms it into something out of a dream. The handle of this porcelain handmade mug is rounded, and there is a space for your thumb to fit into so that it fits perfectly in your hand. A truly one-of-a-kind piece can be created by selecting one of the six custom glazes that Myrth creates in the studio.

This family-run company was established by Josephine Noel in 2012, and it sells a diverse selection of ceramic goods, ranging from plates and pet bowls to lamps and planters. We are particularly fond of ceramic handmade mugs because of the rubber coating that is applied to their handles, which gives them a pleasant squishy texture.

What was once a small, family-run online boutique in 2008 has since expanded into a one-stop shop that sells home goods and furniture and ships to customers all over the UK.
